We need water, but not too much or we will drown or have flooding; and we need air to breath, but too much or we have hurricanes.

Energy: here is an explanation of energy or you may have heard of: chi.
It is ideally always in motion through our environment in a motivating force. It is invisible and runs through all things. It moves more freely in large open spaces, such as the countryside, which is why when you take a deep breath out in the open area it feels so good. This is why in Feng Shui we use cures to improve the positive energy also called ch’i or qi.
